Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is a world leader in the design and
manufacture of advanced helicopters for commercial, industrial and

United States armed forces, along with military services and commercial

Schweizer Aircraft, a division of Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (UTC
Subsidiary) is a diversified aerospace company, globally recognized for
its industry-leading aircraft products.
Schweizer's proprietary products include helicopters, reconnaissance
aircraft, and unmanned vehicles. Its other core business, aerospace
subcontracting, has been an important part of the Company's business
base since 1942.
Since being acquired by Sikorsky, a new core business has entitled Rapid
Prototyping has emerged at Schweizer. In 2007, the Rapid Prototyping and
Military Derivatives Completion Center (RPMDCC)which will be branded
Sikorsky HAWK WORKS @ Schweizer Aircraft, began operations. This serves
as the primary completion center for all BLACK HAWK and Naval Hawk
derivative aircraft.
JOB SUMMARY:
The PP&C Analyst will perform program planning and control activities to
support Government and Advanced Programs. This includes in part:
- Collaborating with management and team members to plan, create,
monitor and analyze resources loaded network schedules for program
schedule performance and schedule related metrics.
- Ensure the Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) are networked in order
to perform Critical Path analysis and reconciliation.
- Conduct weekly/monthly detailed analysis for major program events.
- Analyze key intermediate milestones in order to provide status updates
to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
- Coordinate with major suppliers to collect and deliver current
schedule information.
- Responsible for schedule baseline management and control as well as
assisting in weekly/monthly variance analysis.
- Assist in proposal generation, costing, and cost/schedule integration.
- Additionally, supports program management through preparation of
pricing information and backup data for bid proposals.
- Responsibilities include Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) pilot
duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS Degree with 2-5 years experience
Earned Value knowledge/experience and experience in the application of
integrated cost/schedule techniques is required. Requires significant
demonstrable experience of MS Project and Primavera. Additional
knowledge and experience with winsight, MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint and SAP
is required as well.
